In case of a cancellation by the punt company, we will strive to provide relevant information and assist in the refund process.
Customer conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any customer whose behavior is disruptive or violates the tour operator’s rules.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom
